Apples, apples everywhere

As I've mentioned and posted pictures about Ella and I went apple picking this last weekend. We had a blast! I bought applesauce bread and various other apple-y treats. So far I've been eating at least an apple a day. Ella has been enjoying an occasional sip or two or apple cider and we've made apple sauce. We've given away a nice basket of apples to our neighbors. I plan to give a basket to my in-laws, make an apple pie, encourage my husband to help with eating of the apples...and make some more apple sauce. But I'm confident we'll still have apples left over and I do not want to let them to bad. So I'm asking. No, I'm begging...please give me apple recipe ideas. Thank so much!
